Aesthetic changes: The Gundam is red and white, and the Micrometeor Unit is gray on top and red on bottom, evoking the image of the Yamato-class battleship for which the Gunpla is named when equipped.

EQFU-3X Super DRAGOON Mobile Weapon Wing & MA-80V Beam Assault Cannon: As per the Strike Freedom, Yamato is equipped with DRAGOON mobile weapons, each equipped with a beam cannon. However, due to the requirements imposed by the Micrometeor Unit and the weight limit for not being classified as a Mobile Armor, the capacity is greatly reduced - it only carries four DRAGOONs instead of sixteen.
MA-M02G "Super Lacerta" Beam Saber: One instead of two, stored at the hip. Mimori is not a melee combat expert, so she prefers to work without the complexity of the combining dual sabers.
MA-M21KF High Energy Beam Rifles: Two, stored at the hips. The rifles can combine to form one long-range rifle, allowing gunfighting at multiple ranges.
MX2200 Beam Shield: Two, mounted on the forearms. Capable of blocking both beam attacks and physical attacks up to a certain level of firepower.
Micrometeor Unit: A heavily modified Meteor Unit. Normally, a Meteor would put a Gunpla over the limit and classify it as a Mobile Armor for tournament purposes, but it's been compacted, sacrificing firepower and deployment time for reduced weight. It's mounted with two 120cm beam cannons and four 93.7cm beam cannons, plus two MA-X200 beam swords, but the missile batteries were sacrificed, and the power unit is smaller, meaning that it can only operate as a weapons platform for a limited time.
Satellite Cannon: Mounted on the shoulder. Yamato's most powerful weapon. Rather than the traditional energy panels of Gundam X, the Micrometeor Unit transforms into a much larger array, allowing for a faster charge time. However, while the Satellite System is active, none of the Micrometeor Unit's weapons can be used.
