Appearance
Age 14, Height 5'2". Left is civilian form, right is Hero form - the extended ribbons function like artificial legs to let her move her body freely.
Things to be aware of when tagging this character:
Togo is her family name, but she prefers it to her given name.
As pictured, wheelchair-bound. Can't use her legs at all.
Togo is deaf in one ear, although I can't see that being TOO important.
Yuki Yuna spoilers a possibility when interacting with Togo. I'll do my best to keep them to a minimum. Canon point is early in episode 11, right after she makes a hole.

Can transform into a Hero, giving her magical weapons and abilities. In this form, she's extremely durable, can move around using her outfit's leg ribbons, and can summon a broad spectrum of overpowered firearms.
Has four Faeries, familiars that invisibly follow her around at all times, but will automatically deploy to protect her from fatal damage. Togo is very difficult to kill.
Has a special second transformation called Mankai, wherein she gains access to a huge floating weapons platform covered in laser guns. Will see use very rarely, for its usage has consequences.
